3.Application of the Adhesion promoter ADP-W450:
CapatueTM ADP-W450 performs best at pH 6~8.5 in carboxyl group-containing emulsions (acrylic acid, butylbenzene, polyurethane, etc.). As a bonding accelerator or cross-linking agent, CapatueTM ADP-W450 can be used in the following aqueous one-component systems: laminating adhesives for automobiles, laminating adhesives for furniture, and flocking adhesives. In these applications, the CapatueTM ADP-W450 is used to replace the two-component aqueous adhesive with a one-component system. The benefits are to improve adhesion, improve process stability and reduce toxicity.
The main advantage of CapatueTM ADP-W450 is long-term stability in aqueous systems without yellowing. Conventional silanes should not exceed 0.3 phr in aqueous acrylic sealants and have a shelf life of no more than 1 week; however, for CapatueTM ADP-W450, 1 phr does not affect shelf life, water Acrylic sealants can be stored for up to 1 year.

5.Storage and Shelf Life of Adhesion promoter ADP-W450:
Should be stored in dry, cool, ventilated room; keep away from water, moisture, high temperature and fire. This product has a shelf life of at least 12 months if stored in tightly closed original container at room temperature.
If this product is kept beyond the shelf life recommend on the product label, it is not necessarily unusable, but a quality control should be performed on the properties relevant to the application.
6.Usage of Adhesion promoter ADP-W450:
CapatueTM ADP-W450 has a low solubility in water. It is recommended to emulsify it first.
