  • Tetrakis (triethanolaminato) zirconium (IV)(CAS:101033-44-7), Our model ZCA-TEAZ(equivalent to TYZOR® TEAZ ),is a triethanolamine zirconium complex with 100 % active ingredient. Compared to its counterpart of titanate, TCA-TEA, Tetrakis (triethanolaminato) titanium (IV), it has a better thermal stability and lighter color. It can reacts with water by hydrolysis to form a reactive hydroxy zirconium chelate that is stable in water for extended periods. The original or hydrated chelate bonds with organic -OH or -COOH groups to form strong gels by cross-linking many polymeric materials and carbohydrates such as cellulose, starch and guar. ZCA-TEAZ also acts as a Lewis Acid catalyst in processes such as esterification, transesterification, condensation, addition, polymerizations and similar reactions. Uses include adhesion promotion, crosslinking of various polymers, and oilfield fracturing fluids.

  • Zirconate ZCA-N38(CAS:103455-10-3), Our model ZCA-N38(equivalent to Ken-React® NZ 38),ZCA-N38 is a neoalkoxy pyrophosphato zirconate coupling agent; it has a better thermostability compared to monoalkoxy zirconate. The main advantage of zirconates ZCA-N38 is their greater stability; unlike zircoantes it neither discolor body producers in the presence of phenols (with the exception of nitrophenols), nor do it interact with hindered amines (HALS). In unfilled plastics it also often improves UV stability compared to zircoantes, and the neoalkoxy variant can provide novel opportunities for coupling fluorinated polymers to metal substrates.
