3.Application of the Aluminate coupling agent ACA-K30:
1、matrix resin： Thermoplastic and thermosetting resins like PE, PP, PS, PC, AS, ABS, PVC, SBS, polyester, polyether, polyamide, polycarbonate, etc and other elastomer.
2、inorganic filler: CaCO3 ,MgCO3, BaSO4, CaSO4, MgO style, Al (OH) 3, talcum powder, mica powder, lithopone, titanium dioxide, silica powder, pyrophyllite powder, sepiolite powder, carbon ink, clay, bentonite, Aluminium red mud, iron oxide red, chrome yellow, Cyanine blue titanium, antimony trioxide, ammonium polyphosphate and partial zinc borate, etc.

5.Storage and Shelf Life of Aluminate coupling agent ACA-K30:
Should be stored in dry, cool, ventilated room; keep away from water, moisture, high temperature and fire. This product has a shelf life of at least 12 months if stored in tightly closed original container at room temperature.
If this product is kept beyond the shelf life recommend on the product label, it is not necessarily unusable, but a quality control should be performed on the properties relevant to the application.
6.Dosage of Aluminate coupling agent ACA-K30:
1、To remove the free water, the filler should be Pre-dried in 100-100 ℃, time will be confirmed according to the amount of free water the packing contained. (control packing water 0.3% or less, average time is 2-5 minutes).
2、Put the dry filler to the kneading machine and mix , discharge after 5 to 10 minutes in 100-120 ℃. But should pay attention to the stearic acid, organic alcohols containing carboxyl, hydroxyl component and so on. They Should be put when filler is modified with coupling agent for 3 to 5 minutes (generally in the 1 minute before discharge).
