1.Product Introduction of the DryFlow Dry Silane DLC-A10E


DryFlow Dry Silane DLC-A10E,  is a convenient form of traditional liquid organo-functional silane coupling agent 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane with 65% high active concentration; it is a free-flowing powder. CapatueTM DLC-A10E dry silane offers the benefit of easier handling and weighing, quicker incorporation during mixing and a longer shelf life.

This product has an amino organo-functional group and can be over a broad range of applications to provide superior bonds between inorganic substrates and organic polymers. The primary amine function reacts with a wide array of thermoset, thermoplastic and elastomeric materials.

CapatueTM DLC-A10E dry silane functions by chemically coupling the filler to the backbone of the polymer during vulcanization, compounding or crosslinking, and it can be used at peroxide, sulfur, and metal oxide curing systems.

Completely and immediately soluble in water (with reaction), alcohol and aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Ketones are not recommended diluents.

5.Storage and Shelf Life of DryFlow Dry Silane DLC-A10E


Should be stored in dry, cool, ventilated room; keep away from water, moisture, high temperature and fire. This product has a shelf life of at least 12 months if stored in tightly closed original container at room temperature.

If this product is kept beyond the shelf life recommend on the product label, it is not necessarily unusable, but a quality control should be performed on the properties relevant to the application.
